The AirPods 3 unveiled by Apple offer many new features that were not found in the AirPods 2 thus, making them a worthwhile upgrade over their predecessor.
The AirPods'new design maintains the aesthetic look of the original AirPods, but has shorter stems and curved housings to make them more comfortable to wear.
You can now use these stems to control music playback and answer or end phone calls, as they feature capacitive force sensors.
The AirPods 3 are lightweight, water-resistant earbuds that are perfect for working out. While they do not feel as secure as the Powerbeats Pro, we were able to run or jog without them falling out.

While Apple has taken its earbuds to a whole new level in terms of design, we were most impressed with their sound. The new drivers and amplifiers provide balanced sound, while Spatial Audio support promises an immersive listening experience.
It does not matter if you are listening to music with Dolby Atmos or stereo sound enhanced with Spatial Audio innovation, the sound output from both is pure entertainment. As long as your device supports the Dolby Atmos sound system, paired with apps that support the Airpods feature, you're all set and ready.
In terms of sound quality, the AirPods 3 are a step up from their predecessors. Equipped with new custom-made, low-noise drivers with dynamic range amplifiers, the headphones are said to deliver "super bass with high-fidelity sound," according to Apple's statement.
The Airpods 3 have indeed proven to deliver richer bass than the Airpods 2. Although they can not compete with high-end wireless earbuds with noise cancellation, they sound decent enough as a daily companion for your entertainment needs.

Battery Life

The AirPods 3 are said to offer up to 30 hours of playback time compared to the previous model's 24 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can charge your earbuds within 5 minutes using the charging case; that's enough for 1 hour of playback time. The charging case can also be charged wirelessly via Apple's Magsafe ecosystem.
