We start the display repair on your Oneplus phone by heating the back cover up to 80°C with a heating pad to loosen the adhesive inside the back glass. Next, we remove many screws and disconnect all internal components, including battery, cameras, antennas, charging port and buttons.

Then we start heating the front screen to make it easier to remove. After removing the damaged LCD, replace it with a new one that has been previously tested in place. While waiting for the adhesive to dry up, we check the connections and the assembly to make sure there are no further issue.
