Another screen issue with the iPhone 6S is the “half screen dim” condition. So, what we do is diagnose the broken component, and determine what caused the issue in the first place. We then perform the full-repair process on your backlight circuit. The backlight circuit has a variety of parts like filters, diode, capacitors, IC chips, and even the connector itself that can fail.
It’s been a few years since the iPhone 7 was first released. As the phone are beginning to age, the key issues also start to appear. And some of the major problems on the iPhone 7 have been with its audio system.

The symptoms mentioned above are of the same primary logic board issue—a thin metal pad attached to the audio chip has been separated from the logic board.
Surprisingly, for some odd reason, it’s always the same C12 pad which breaks the connection of the master clock line to the audio IC chip. The C12 pad then loosens and lifts from the logic board, triggering the above-mentioned symptoms.

Luckily, there’s a solid repair for this issue! Just as we repair the touch disease in the iPhone 6 Plus, we can also lift the audio IC chip and implement a micro-gauge wire to strengthen the connection between C12 to the audio IC. We also leave a tiny amount of space in the reinforcing micro-jumper in order to let the board handle the normal flexion of that section. This way, we fix the speaker and mic issues prior to this key problem, as well as create a protective shield so that the problem never occurs again.

A.The screen is fixed to the digitizer, although the front glass and LCD panel can be separated using reglassing tools. This explains why the glass is cracked but the touch function and display still work. The tricky part is that the fragment cuts through the digitizer when the front assembly is removed from the badly cracked glass. The debris then causes a dead pixel and continues to spread over time. So for most Samsung phones, we have to replace the entire LCD assembly when the glass is cracked.
