The world's largest smartphone maker is in for some stiff competition. Oppo has just unveiled its latest flagship, Find X5 Pro, which has the potential to usurp Samsung as the best Android phone on the market when it launches in 2022. The X5 Pro one of is the fastest Android phone ever made, offering users the best performance they can get on a mobile device without having to switch to a traditional computer. This is thanks to a new generation of super-fast charging technology that can fully power up the X5 Pro in just five minutes.
The Find X5 Pro is a high-end smartphone that focuses on offering the best possible features at bang for the buck. This year, the Find X5 Pro will be available in Singapore, replacing the previously available Find X3 Pro. The Find X5 Pro will be available at a price of S$1180.
The Oppo Find X5 Pro features the highest-resolution display ever installed in an Oppo phone - a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3120 x 2340 pixels. It also has a 120Hz high refresh rate of 120 Hz and 3D glass. The Find X5 Pro targets the high-end market with its premium design and high-end specifications. With its sleek design and luxurious ceramic back, the Find X5 is sure to turn heads. The X5 Pro will be available in black, white and blue colour variants.
The Find X5 Pro is equipped with the same top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip as most high-end Android phones coming out in 2022. It offers excellent performance with a fast user interface and smooth gaming. The battery life is also good: The Find X5 Pro lasts almost two days when browsing the Internet, watching videos and making calls. That is enough for a long workday or a short trip away from the charger.
Oppo says the Find X5 Pro has a battery that lasts at least 1,600 full charge cycles with its 80W SuperVOOC system while retaining 80% of its original capacity, which is two times longer than other make. The X5 Pro also features a water-resistant 3D coating and a SuperVOOC-enabled battery that can be fully recharged in just five minutes using the company's new SuperCharge 3.0 chargers. This is the first time SuperCharge 3.0 has been used in a device in Southeast Asia, and Oppo says it is the fastest charging solution currently available on the market.
On the back of the phone is a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.7 lens, a 13MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and an f/2.4 aperture, and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture. The selfie camera also has 32 MP and an aperture of f/2.4. That's all pretty standard for a high-end smartphone in 2022, but what's new is that Oppo has teamed up with camera maker Hasselblad to develop a custom camera module for the Find X5 Pr that offers improved low-light performance. The phone will receive the same camera tuning and software support that Oppo's OnePlus subsidiary has enjoyed since the beginning of its relationship with the company. This means that users will get a premium camera experience that rivals that of the best conventional cameras.
