Following the success of its Galaxy S line for Android flagships, Samsung is looking to establish the same standard with its Galaxy A series for mid-range devices. Fantastic displays and solidity characterize the A-series in all technical areas. With so many models to choose from, there's bound to be one that suits your needs and budget.
The Samsung Galaxy A53 has proven itself well in the competition for the title of the best mid-range smartphone. With its sleek and modern design, perfect for any occasion, the phone is highly recommended. Moreover, its features are top-notch, making it one of the best options on the market.
Samsung belongs to the tight circle of the world's best display manufacturers and it shows. The Galaxy A53's display makes the most of the vivid colors and contrast of SuperAMOLED technology, and we simply loved it in this review. The 6.5-inch panel has a decent bezel and a resolution of FullHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels), with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Excellent specifications, but they are becoming more and more the norm even in the mid-range. However, Samsung's quality is evident in all areas.
Samsung has opted for its own chipset, the Exynos 1280, which has an octa-core clock speed of 2.4 GHz and naturally runs a Mali GP8 GPU at 5nm. There is 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of storage with an expandable memory slot. As far as graphics performance is concerned, it does not run in Beast mode. However, cinematic games with many graphic transitions reminiscent of Genshin Impact usually run smoothly.
Say goodbye to slow charging times. This A53 features 25W charging technology that lets you charge your smartphone in a fraction of the time it takes other chargers. Whether you are on the go or need to charge your smartphone before work quickly, this charger has you covered. And its slim design makes it the perfect addition to any desk or nightstand.
The Galaxy A53 5G comes with an impressive 64MP main camera. It features optical image stabilization, a large f 1.8 aperture, and an ultra-wide angle for stunningly detailed photos and videos. In addition, the 12MP secondary camera offers a bokeh effect for professional-looking portraits, while the 5MP macro camera captures amazing close-ups. Plus, the 32 MP front-facing camera makes for beautiful selfies every time.
The main sensor is the clear frontrunner, taking excellent photos of difficult subjects in daylight and shade. The result is excellent focus and vivid colors. Above all, Samsung's camera interface is perfect for inexperienced photographers, enabling them to shoot with no concerns and achieve satisfying results.
