On the back lies the camera system, which stands out from the body. Available in Phantom Black, Phantom Silver and Phantom Violet, Samaung fans are spoilt for choice. On both the S21 and S21 Plus, the glass on the back has a matte finishing to prevent fingerprints and stains.
The S21 has only three cameras: a 12 MP main sensor, a 12 MP super wide-angle and a 64 MP telephoto as oppose to S21 Ultra, which has a quad-camera configuration on the back featuring a 108-megapixel main sensor and a pair of telephoto lenses. Compared to the S21 Ultra's 100x hybrid zoom, the S21 telephoto lens also only supports hybrid optical hybrid zoom.
With the Galaxy S21's dedicated 12MP macro camera, you can enjoy your surroundings from a different angle that takes you into the macro universe. The 12Mp macro sensors provide great details that bring you impossibly close to all the beautiful things around you. It could simply be the dew drops on the grass in the morning or the ordinary bubbles in the glass of your soft drink. But with the Galaxy S21's macro camera, they become something extraordinary whenever you want them to be.
The advantage of images in portrait mode is the emphasis on the subject. You can use it to really emphasize what you want to highlight in the picture.
All portrait mode really does at its most basic level is apply the bokeh effect to your photos. The context is blurred while maintaining focus on the subject. This makes the subject stand out even more. And Samsung has improved the Galaxy S21's bokeh effect with AI.
Not enough light to capture your subject at a party? Having trouble photographing a scene during sunset? Turn on the S21 Night Mode and say goodbye to all those low-light issues once and for all. Compared to the Pixel 5, the image that comes out when shooting at night is much more colorful. The S21 removes the limitations of other dual-camera phones. 
Speaking of the camera, the S21 true camera prowess lies in the Space Zoom, which allows for up to a 30x telephoto lens. This makes it a breeze taking photo of your favourite band in the back row of the concert as if they were standing right in front of you. The Zoom Lock keeps your hand steady throughout the shot.
The Galaxy S21 has a 4,000 mAh battery, and Samsung packs a 5,000 mAh power pack in the Galaxy S21 Ultra. These battery sizes are similar to the ones Samsung packs in the Galaxy S20 and S20 Ultra, but the Exynos 2100 is more power efficient than last year's versions.
With 5nm technology that delivers 19% better performance on single core, and 33% better in multi-core for much smooother multi-tasking, the Exynox 2100 blows all the other chipset maker out of the water.
